Perfect for couples looking for comfort
We got upgraded to a suite with a HUGE bed! And the staff were so nice, helping us with all our requests even got us a free shuttle to the airport!
It was a bit pricey, but you know what? It was worth it.

Convenience with a free airport shuttle service.
Not nearly as nice nor as well appointed as the other hotels during our trip, but substantially less costly. It made our two departures - one to S. Korea and another home to the U.S. much easier.

Final night in Japan
In general: Tired hotel with unhelpful policies, very noisy reception area. Location and surroundings: Nice grounds, however not easy to get to . Courtesy bus is not always convenient and taxis are expensive . Service: We stayed in several hotels and apartments during our visit to Japan and all were very accommodating regarding checking in times however upon arriving at your hotel at about 1.30 pm we were told that we would have to wait until 3pm as written on our booking. And that we had to go away and book in at 3pm. Dining: Food in restaurant was ok, unfortunately the bill was presented before we had finished ordering. Room service breakfast was excellent. Room: Was large but tired , bathroom was in need of an upgrade.

Is it a hit or a miss? Here's my take
Really good service and punctual shuttle buses. The nearby springs and on-site convenience store added extra charm.

Staff were poilte and helpful.
Dated decor in desperate need of revamp with the result that the hotel appears grotty. Room was okay but bad bathroom facilities just gives the impression of it being rough round the edges. Dreadful dining options. Not worth the money. I stayed here only one night and would not do it again. Radisson name means nothing here.

Very clean, great hotel for the price.
Staffs were kind except one person who was not very so when I asked him three disposable tooth brushes for my family. Also, even though I reserved a room for two adults and one child of age 10, the hotel room assigned had only two single beds which were too small for two to sleep.

The free airport shuttle was a lifesaver! Super convenient. The room was comfy, and the Japanese breakfast buffet was delicious (try the rice!). Only downside? The shuttle schedule could be better. Overall a nice place!

We only stayed one night at the hotel, just the last night before our flight back home. The hotel has free shuttle to and from the airport and Tokyo Central station which makes it easy to find.

The hotel offers an excellent free shuttle service to and from Narita Airport, very convenient for travelers. The staff is professional and attentive. I was pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of my room with a conducive environment for work. The dining options are varied and of high quality, especially the breakfast buffet which includes both Western and Japanese dishes.

The rooms as such are relatively big for Japan. Very clean and nicely done. Shuttle bus to airport and Narita town available.
The perssonel did not leave a "Radisson" standard. But were often rather unfriendly and giving an attitude.

A very pleasant hotel to stay in. Hotel staff were excellent. Very good value for money.
The location is a little remote, which makes for a very nice peaceful stay but one would have to rely on the hotel shuttle to get to Narita City or the airport. The hotel shuttle service is adequately sufficient most of the time though.

The room was super comfy and clean. I loved the luxurious toiletries, and they even had a kid's toothbrush, a nice touch. The bed was really cozy, perfect for a family stay. Only downside was that the bathroom felt a bit small. All in all, great vibes!

The rooms were renovated a year ago and were very clean & comfortable.
The food (dinner and breakfast buffet) could have been a lot better. If you enjoy a good cup of coffee for breakfast you will be very disappointed.
